Leadership Team Development is a Group Coaching/Development Program designed for YOUR leadership Team. These Sessions are 4, 8 or 12 months long. We work together to build the most impactful leadership topics for your team, using your specific scenarios, challenges and more to build a personalized group program. Meeting once per month for 90 min with a combination of training and coaching, combined with prework, assessments and resources to build knowledge and skills in the key areas determined by the Senior Leadership team.
