OBJECTIVE

To provide leadership training and development that is actionable, easy to understand and implement. I meet leaders where they are at and help them enhance their skills, and build confidence, accountability, and ownership.

SOLUTION

The key to this program, unlike other leadership programs, is the follow up and applied learning. If one does not apply new knowledge within 2 weeks, one may never use it. This program is limited to 10 leaders per session to ensure individualized attention and access to the resources needed to succeed.

11 modules of the most impactful skills every leader should know and be able to apply in order to go from managing to leadership!

COLLABORATIVE MEETINGS

11 group coaching calls to discuss challenges, share scenarios, celebrate successes and more. Learning from other leaders in various industries is extremely valuable.

MENTORING SESSIONS

1:1 Mentoring Each participant will have 2 individual mentor sessions to dig deeper into their own challenges and barriers to success.
