ABOUT ME

Danielle was, born and raised in the great state of Maine. Born into a family of entrepreneurs and successful businessmen and women, she has been surrounded by excellent leadership her entire life.

With a robust career spanning twenty-four years in high-pressure leadership roles within the financial and healthcare industries, she honed her skills in navigating fast-paced environments. Over fifteen of those years were dedicated to training and cultivating outstanding leaders, imparting essential skills like professional coaching, conflict resolution, effective meeting management, and fostering teamwork. Beyond the conventional, she also guides individuals on less discussed but crucial aspects of leadership—how to steer through chaos, crisis, and change, and the importance of mental health and wellbeing to avoid mental fatigue and burnout in the workplace.

Danielle’s true calling lies in teaching and witnessing the growth of remarkable leaders as they adopt and apply new skills. As a founding member of an employee training and development department for one of Maine’s largest healthcare systems, she wore many hats—content creation, marketing, scheduling, facilitating, mentoring, and coaching—for a team of over 13,000 employees. She also initiated a year-long mentorship program and collaborated with Husson University to co-create a specialized Leadership Development program tailored for our employees and leaders that is still in existence today.

Equipped with a degree in Psychology from the University of Maine, she is a firm believer in the ethos of continuous learning. Being a devoted lifelong learner, consistently enhancing my professional skills through various leadership courses helps her commit to each client’s growth and momentum. She also is a member of the John Maxwell leadership team certified in the DISC Certification. Furthermore, Danielle obtained certifications in meditation teaching and breathwork facilitation, underlining my belief in the significance of self-care and mindfulness in our journey toward success and achievement as leaders.

In a daring move amidst the pandemic in March 2021, I chose to depart from the corporate realm and wholeheartedly devote my focus to my business—a venture that is my true passion.
